Poor response I found a car that I was interested in on their website and , following web instructions, requested a price on said vehicle. I received a reply early I found a car that I was interested in on their website and , following web instructions, requested a price on said vehicle. I received a reply early this morning from a “ customer care specialist “ who told me she had to check on the availability of the car and check with the inventory manager on the price. After no one had contacted me after noon, I again contacted the same “customer care specialist “ asking (again) about the price and availability. At 1:07 pm I received an email telling me the car was available and she would have to get with the inventory manager for the price. At 3:41 I again had to initiate contact with the dealership and received a reply that the car had been sold this morning. I asked why I was told the vehicle was available at 1:07 pm if the vehicle was sold this morning. No response from the dealership. Very poor communication and unprofessional behavior by the dealership. More
