It was good. I would have given an excellent rating if you had someone on hand to help on Saturday. Our car was packed and ready to go on Saturday morning. I called and was informed that there was no mechanic to help and that only oil changes and other lite work would be done. And I should call to call on Monday. Trip cancelled. However on Monday, working with Eddie and Leslie, I had the car towed to the shop and thing went very well from there. It was only a battery. I only wish it could have been diagnosed on Saturday so we could make the trip. More

I was bit skeptical at first due to past experiences we had, had when in the market for a car. When we drove up Brian Cooper walked up and introduced himself and I am afraid I wasn't very friendly to him I told him of our past bad experiences dealing with car salesmen. Brian listened to me and took what I said to him in stride and assured me that he would do his best to make sure that this visit was a positive one. Brian Cooper could not have made our experience any more pleasant and we did leave with the vehicle we had fallen in love with. We would highly recommend Tameron Honda, and Brian Cooper to family, friends, and anyone looking for a great car buying experience.
