Bought a new Pilot yesterday on a trade. Had to sit and wait 2 hours until the finance manager could get to us even though the deal was 100% done. Very little appreciation for our business although our salesman was great. They have a very good service dept. but would not buy a car here again. Very unorganized. More

Did not do the work they said they did and left me stranded on the highway. I am 67 years old and needed my car serviced before going on a long road trip. They said the battery on my CRV was bad and stranded on the highway. I am 67 years old and needed my car serviced before going on a long road trip. They said the battery on my CRV was bad and THEY SAID relaced it along with an oil change, tire rotation and another $500 of work. I left on my trip and got as far as Meridian,MS … stranded! I have family there. After a lot of worry and stress and another conversation with Leon at Tameron he calmly said I must have got a bad battery and ALL I have to do is get it to a Honda Dealership and they would take care of it. No sympathy there…it was my problem. Honda in Meridian confirmed it was the battery but told me Tameron Service Dept charged me labor to replace the battery, gave me the warranty card and info for a new battery but did not charge me for a battery nor did they replace the battery. Honda in Meridian said Tameron was refunding the labor charges of around $22 and I could purchase a new battery from Meridian Honda for $150. No thank you. I had already given Honda $590 for work the SAID they did but how do I know that… if you forget the battery, did you actually do anything??? The battery was easy…how do you confirm an oil change, tire rotation, filter changes and fluid change for almost $600. I told Leon,my service rep, that I was leaving on a road trip and needed to get my car serviced. I trusted them to keep my car safe. However, I feel very violated and my trust with Honda service departments are non existent!!! I have a 2017 CRV…Im getting ready for a change. I’ll be checking with Toyoto next! More
Purchased three vehicles this past year from tameron. Was over all pleased with the first two transactions. But the more I learn about the last one the worst it gets. They are not customer minded. Asked my f over all pleased with the first two transactions. But the more I learn about the last one the worst it gets. They are not customer minded. Asked my former banking institutions why I was not approved for the most recent transaction and she said you were but requested a $1400 dollar lower sale price because you were being overcharged by at least that and up to $3000. So instead of being told this I was put with a lender that charged me 10% more interest. Second I did auto butler program with first purchase that I never used because of inconvenience and was told I couldn't get a refund or even transfer to new vehicle. After reading the contract and speaking with Michelle from auto butler she informed me I am entitled to a full refund from this dealership seeing I have not used any of this service. So I guess I will be speaking to an attorney. More
There are several reason why I gave 2 stars. When I went to purchase a used vehicle I gave them $500 deposit when I got there the problems were not fixed the Used Car Manager Christine Kilpatrick said that to purchase a used vehicle I gave them $500 deposit when I got there the problems were not fixed the Used Car Manager Christine Kilpatrick said that since they put new tires he was hoping it would compensate. NO it did not. Therefore since they had my deposit I went looking at other vehicles and not much to chose from due to our economy and covid. I wanted to change to another Honda He said that he could do it but he would not fix anything that was wrong with it. I should have walked away from my $500 deposit. In long run would have saved me money. I took the vehicle to my mechanic. The drive Belt tension had to be replaced. Mechanic said that it should not have left the lot that way. On the drive home the TPMS light came on. Still on won't go off unless I replace the sensor. I returned to The Tameron service department replaced the break pads and resurfaced the rotors and new battery. Service Department manager was awesome. I had the service department look at the driver's rear side wheel squeaking noise. They said that they couldn't find anything and lubricated the struts. Well come to find out the rear strut is leaking. The sway Bar Link on front Passenger side needs to be replaced. I know it was a used car but I expected better from a well known Dealership. Like I said a lesson well learned I should have walked away from my deposit. Buy a Toyota much better than Honda and buy your vehicle from another dealership. I DO NOT recommend Tameron Honda. More
