Oil change honda civic Eddie did a great job taking my car in for an oil change even without an appointment. He did not try to sell my anything more than what I needed. He took time to explain my car report and walked me to the cashier to pay. He then walked me out to my car and thanked me. He was very professional!! I will definitely recommend and visit this dealership again!! More

Very accommodating. Last minute first oil change They made time on Saturday to fit me in. Service was done quickly. Excellent Service Service Advisor Mark Gartman did an excellent job explaining what service needs to be done and how long it will take. He contacted me when the service Service Advisor Mark Gartman did an excellent job explaining what service needs to be done and how long it will take. He contacted me when the service was completed (at the time he had predicted) and when I met him to pick up the car he reviewed all the results of the service including the information and test results from the Know Your Vehicle brochure.
