Scam artist This place is a complete scam they sold me the car service plan for my 2015 Lexus. Well when it came time to change my oil I was told the plan they so This place is a complete scam they sold me the car service plan for my 2015 Lexus. Well when it came time to change my oil I was told the plan they sold me doesn’t cover the oil change for my car because it takes synthetic oil . The dealer ship admitted it was there mistake and they would upgrade my contract and I would be getting my new contract in the mail well after numerous phone calls I have still yet to receive my new service plan. I have had my oil changed a number of three times one time tameron changed it then I took it to Lexus of Mobile tameron covered the difference of price the plan they sold me only covers $30 and my oil change price in $90 .well I take it for my third oil change yesterday and the plan only coverd only $30 again after I spoke with calvain and Elliot on the phone and they told me it would cover the full amount and it didn’t I had to come out my pocket $60.well I was told to come to tameron Honda today and they would just refund me well they are only refunding me $129 I paid $799 for the service plan and they have only $210 towards my oil changes so basically I’ve paid $799 for three oil changes. And believe me I have talked to these guys numerous times telling me they would take care of everything I think the whole amount should be refunded !! Scam, scam,scam!!!! I will never recommend this company More

Excellent care by service David Madison answered my call and was very sympathetic to my need for a replacement tire with only 14,000 miles on it. He ordered the tire the same day and whenever I had additional questions and called him he would call me back and was patient and courteous with my questions. he even took extra time to explain some of the features in my 3 year old car that had never been explained to me.
