Easy going environment! Customer service overall is great. Internet and phone department could do better with communicating what to expect once you arrive at dealership! Flawless and fast! Brought my new 2018 CR-V in for its first service and Auto Butler treatment on Monday. Was met at check-in by Leslie who cheerfully and clearly reviewed my scheduled service. Was told to expect a 4 hour wait (the Auto Butler process is apparently very intensive) but everything was wrapped up in less than 3 hours! More

Mark ended up calling me back not more than an hour after I dropped vehicle to let me know he was able to get my vehicle to his tech for diagnosis, who quickly diagnosed problem, found needed part was in stock, and had vehicle ready to go early the next morning. In having experience in dealing with many other service departments all over the coast, that type of service and communication is rare, and refreshing. I will definitely bring my vehicle back here for future service! More
