Flawless and fast! Brought my new 2018 CR-V in for its first service and Auto Butler treatment on Monday. Was met at check-in by Leslie who cheerfully and clearly reviewed my scheduled service. Was told to expect a 4 hour wait (the Auto Butler process is apparently very intensive) but everything was wrapped up in less than 3 hours! More

Mark ended up calling me back not more than an hour after I dropped vehicle to let me know he was able to get my vehicle to his tech for diagnosis, who quickly diagnosed problem, found needed part was in stock, and had vehicle ready to go early the next morning. In having experience in dealing with many other service departments all over the coast, that type of service and communication is rare, and refreshing. I will definitely bring my vehicle back here for future service! More

A nightmare and a waste of my time. I went to Tamera Honda looking to purchase a pre-owned CRV and to trade in a 2017 HRV. I was given a CRV as a take home overnight while they evaluate I went to Tamera Honda looking to purchase a pre-owned CRV and to trade in a 2017 HRV. I was given a CRV as a take home overnight while they evaluated the trade value amount on HRV. When I left the for the evening, Herrera told me that they would get the trade in offer on HRV and contact me the next day. I specifically asked him to email me the offer so that I could get in touch with the loan officer at my credit union to start the purchase. By noon next day I had not heard from him. I sent Herrera a text to ask if he had gotten figures together. His reply was that he was no in yet. By 3:30pm I sent another text to inquire, no reply. Finally at 5:20pm I pulled in to the dealership only to find him sitting in the sales managers office playing on his cell phone. Not dealing with any customers at all. I demanded my car key back for the HRV and told them both they blew this deal!!! I bought my previous car from Tameron. I used to think it was a good dealership. Not any longer! Wound up buying a very nice Pre Owned CRV from a dealership in New Orleans. It was worth the drive!! I finally got excellent customer service else where! More
