Plan to spend time I had a hard time finding out when and if the 2019 Nissan EV Plus was going to be available. After multiple calls from Jessica at Nissan U.S.A., I fi I had a hard time finding out when and if the 2019 Nissan EV Plus was going to be available. After multiple calls from Jessica at Nissan U.S.A., I finally made it clear that I wanted the new Plus. Finally, I got a call from the salesman at Tamaroff, who followed up as soon as they got one to look at and test drive. I spent 2 1/2 hours to test drive, order, and pay a deposit on the car. They told me it might be several months, but it was available within a week. I spent 3 hours taking delivery on the car, signing financial papers, learning about all the add-on options, and being oriented to the instrument panel, etc. by the salesman. My electrician was supposed to install a charging station for me a few days later, but only looked at the job and assigned it to someone for an entire week later, so I had to come back to Nissan for a charge. I asked permission from the service advisor, who was friendly and helpful, and also said I did not need permission. I was a little surprised that 2 1/2 hours only gave me a 50% charge, so if my electrician doesn't arrive as planned, I will have to plan for that. More

He located my preferences in no time, and I purchased with even greater confidence as I knew that John would take care of everything properly. He is honest, kind, polite, intuitive, and fair. If you ask for his opinion, he gives it to you straight AND tells you why he believes what he does. He is wonderful explaining the models, and is a powerhouse of information. He takes the time to learn your expectations and needs. The dealership is spotless, and everyone I encountered treated me with respect and genuine interest. More
