AS EXPECTED. The service department fit me in for an oil change and the wait was not long and there was a clean waiting area with refreshments and TV's. Excellent Service There was a recall regarding my Nissan. I called Tamaroff Nissan to see when I could bring in my car. I requested a early appointment. I took a 7:3 There was a recall regarding my Nissan. I called Tamaroff Nissan to see when I could bring in my car. I requested a early appointment. I took a 7:30 A. M. appt. to my surprise I was asked if I required a shuttle to my job? I arrived at the Service Dept at 7:15 A.M. expecting to wait. They were ready for me!!! My Service Rep. was professional and courteous. They knew what service I requested. In addition to the recall I had my tires rotated and a oil change. I was given an estimated pick up time. I went to the waiting area. I waited approx. 5 minutes and the shuttle driver informed me he was ready to take me to work. Mind you I arrived at 7:15 A.M. I walked out of the Service Dept at approx. 7:35 A.M. "AWESOME" Service!!! I received a call when my car was ready and the shuttle driver arrived to take me back to the dealership. My experience was "Great" and I highly recomend Tamaroof Dealership. More
