I was told service on my vehicle would take 2 - 3 hours TOPS and after 3 hrs I asked how much longer and was told 30 minutes. I had a 5 month old & 2 yr old waiting with me and it ended up being over 5 hrs TOPS and after 3 hrs I asked how much longer and was told 30 minutes. I had a 5 month old & 2 yr old waiting with me and it ended up being over 5 hrs to look at simple things and I didn't get everything taken care of. I got frustrated and left. I'll take it to another dealership to have my questions answered. I work in a people business and was shocked at the lack of respect of keeping me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle. I was offered a ride at the beginning, but I had enough things with me to keep the girls occupied and offered another ride once I was told it was going to be 30 minutes. It seemed senseless to take a shuttle at that point. More

You courtesy shuttle service is great. It kind of took an hour for the service technician to find out what was the problem with the check engine light that was on my Odyssey. Went it at little after 12 noon hour for the service technician to find out what was the problem with the check engine light that was on my Odyssey. Mark P is ALWAYS excellent. In this occasion I interfaced with him for the reservation only, but in general his service and follow up are second to none. He's truly interested in addressing any needs you hav with him for the reservation only, but in general his service and follow up are second to none. Explained the options clearly and set right expectations with regards to the kind of service that could be done during the weekend and the timeframe. He applied all necessary coupons also. I think a simple oil change should take less than an hour, and I think the prices are high compared to quick oil change places. I had took my car for Front brake repair,they suggested me change rear brake pads and and rotor With timing belt(there are 60,000 miles on it). when i took my car to another shop. they told me rear rotors me change rear brake pads and and rotor With timing belt(there are 60,000 miles on it). when i took my car to another shop. they told me rear rotors are fine and just need brake pads, for timing belt change is recomended @ 105000miles. i will never recomend Tamaroff Honda to any body.
