This is my third Honda lease from Sean and I have never once been disappointed with the care and concern he showed in helping to select the best vehicle for me. I have been a Honda leasee since 1994(Accord,Prelude,Passport,Pilot,Pilot,Pilot,CRV) and loved them all. This year my daughter became a Honda leasee for the first time, and she is just as impressed as I am with Sean and with her new vehicle. We are very proud members of the Honda family. More

I traded in my Honda but no GAP insurance Refund. After trading in my 2014 Honda Civic EX I was due a refund for gap insurance I paid when I purchased the Honda brand new. After speaking with finance department numerous times and providing proper paperwork I was given the run around and the check is in the mail jargon. Still after over 3 months there is no check. The money means a lot to me but obviously doesn't matter to them. I will never do business with them ever again. Sad really. More

Good Service as always I dropped off my vehicle for 45K maintenance package, including steering fluid change, brake fluid change, coolant flush and etc. The service was comp I dropped off my vehicle for 45K maintenance package, including steering fluid change, brake fluid change, coolant flush and etc. The service was completed in a high quality. The employee is very nice and professional. Only the service took longer time than I expected. I dropped off my car at 8 am, but it was not ready when I went back at 2:30 pm. I waited about an hour to pick it up. Overall, good experience as always. More

I have brought my car in on several occasions but this was the first time that there was a representative there to just ask a few questions in regards to my needs i.e. trade in, lease etc. I have been thinking about a trade in for a while, but never initiated it as I thought it was not possible, nor really wanted to take the enormous amount of time to inquire. However, upon talking to Ms. Fenske, she took the time to inquire about this. Since I was going to work from there, it literally took a few minutes to get some information and told me I was eligible. From there she passed me on to a sales rep who contacted me and again, little time was spent. When I went in to sign the papers, it literally was come in and sign the papers. Not like other dealerships that have you there for hours. I was very impressed with the service that was given and now I will always go to Tamaroff for my cars. More

Mirror, mirror I came in for replacement of my sideview mirror. This part had to be ordered but arrived promptly the next day. I was checked in as soon as I arrive I came in for replacement of my sideview mirror. This part had to be ordered but arrived promptly the next day. I was checked in as soon as I arrived; the installation took less than the hour previously estimated. I waited in the "lounge' and enjoyed coffee and doughnuts until my car was ready. As always, everyone was helpful and polite. More
