Unknown noise under the car I arrived early and the associate attended me right away. By my description of the concern, he said it could be the brakes, but they would first inspe I arrived early and the associate attended me right away. By my description of the concern, he said it could be the brakes, but they would first inspect the under side of the vehicle to look for any obvious damage. He explained what the cost could be if it were the brakes. I waited at their very nice waiting room, had a coffee and a bagel and soon after I was informed all that was wrong was a loose splash guard. They fixed the problem and charged me NOTHING for it. As usual, they run my Fit through the car washer and I was out of there in less than 40 minutes after I arrived. Tamaroff Honda always treats me very well, and this is our second vehicle we got through them. Our next car will probably also from them. Kudos. More
