Service staff always "goes the extra mile" to check out concerns. Latest oil change service I asked if they could listen to motor on window wash fluid as it seems to have been extra loud the last six months. They didn't think so but went so far as to compare it to 2 other vehicles before assuring that is is okay. One suggestion is that you could include tire rotation as part of the oil change service as some other vehicle companies do. More
