Definitely customer oriented. Our 2020 Pilot Touring (The Green Hornet) experienced an issue with the electrical system - crackling noises then loss of console displays. Tamaroff Our 2020 Pilot Touring (The Green Hornet) experienced an issue with the electrical system - crackling noises then loss of console displays. Tamaroff service was able to perform a hard reset to bring everything back online, but a few days later the noise and display loss returned. They took in the car and rerouted the wiring (temporary fix as the real fix from Honda is not yet available), giving us a loaner until they could complete the work. Since then, the problem has not returned, though we do understand that it may, as this is not the permanent fix for the problem. Tamaroff service has always been exceptionally professional, knowlegeable, and determined to solve any problems. I cannot imagine any way they could improve, and even if I did, they would probably already be on it. More

Eighteen years and 9 Hondas later, I’m convinced more than ever that Tamaroff provides everything you could ask for in a Service Department. Shout out to Rodney Tisdale who always provides excellent customer service as well as assuring that your vehicle is serviced appropriately and timely. Between the Sales Department (especially Alan Luu who by far has to be the best Sales Consultant is North America) and the Service Department, I am and will continue to be a loyal Tamaroff Honda Customer for year to come.
