I purchased 2008 nissan pathfinder 1st week in January. Had excellent service with Eric creswell. Jason was also good. The day we came over was hot so I never thought to run the heater on the Pathfinder. D Had excellent service with Eric creswell. Jason was also good. The day we came over was hot so I never thought to run the heater on the Pathfinder. Did not think 4 year old truck would have a wore out water pump. After talking to several mechanics I was told to make sure there was fluid and make sure it did not have air bubble. Checked these issues and nothing. Last thing is water pump covered under your drive train warranty. I was connected to a lady that said she wouldnt have water pump on first visit and that if that was it I would just have to come back. I live in Prattville. Ben owns a auto parts store and so why not have one just in case. Just trying to make it difficult to get that warranty. The sale goes alot further than just a sale. Maybe not the water pump but bet they send me home saying its not and I have to come back anyway. Ridiculous. More

The experience with Ben Atkinson was outstanding. I came in close to closing time, it was raining and dark but they hung around and were eager to show me the Jeep Liberty's I had been reviewing. Mike was extremely friendly, outlined their service plan, and said they would do their best to get me the best price on my trade in. They did! The overall cost of the Jeep was very reasonable and no need to negotiate-and they threw in a needed tow hitch.
