2019 F-150 2.7L V6 4x4 I came in to get my 2018 F-150 V8 4x4 serviced for an oil change. This was done in a decent time period. Upon finishing up my service on my 2018 that I came in to get my 2018 F-150 V8 4x4 serviced for an oil change. This was done in a decent time period. Upon finishing up my service on my 2018 that Jacob help me with; I asked him about the trade in offer that was sent to me about my truck. He didn’t mind helping me with that but since that wasn’t his department he went and got a sales associate for me to explain everything and help me with the offer. The associate he got for me was Matthew Katz who was great on explaining everything and trying to help me find what was best. He ended up showing me a 2019 F-150 V6 4x4 that looked how I wanted it to and that had a few more bells and whistles then my 2018 V8. I ended up coming back the next day to trade in my 2018 V8 and get the 2019 V6. He was very helpful in any questions I had about the truck. After he finished all the paperwork he had to do with me he directed me to the financial side of the process. Sandra was very helpful with the process and she also happened to have did the financial side for my 2018 as well. All in all I was very pleased with everyone that I work with through out this process. Thank you Tallahassee Ford More
Service Department Disaster So, 1 week ago I experienced a complete breakdown of customer service from Tallahassee Ford. Here’s the details: Had a 12 noon appointment for oil c So, 1 week ago I experienced a complete breakdown of customer service from Tallahassee Ford. Here’s the details: Had a 12 noon appointment for oil change, tire rotation, etc. AN APPOINTMENT! Checked in by Jacob Jarrett on his iPad at 11:55 and told 30-45 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later, I went to check on vehicle. Was told, “your car was not logged into system, we haven't started yet.” I was livid and tried to talk to service manager. There’s not one. Tried to talk to other management both in person and on phone for over an hour. Not one person would respond. I posted on social media and miraculously got a call from Dale Brown, in sales. He apologized and offered me 2 free oil changes. Then, got a text message from Thom Workman who also apologized and he offered a free oil change. So, one week later, no oil change certificates. No further follow up. This business is only interested in selling cars. They could care less about keeping your business after the sale. After 20+ years of loyalty and multiple Fords(I own 3), I will be driving somewhere else to spend my $. More

The whole process was very straightforward and I never felt pushed into doing anything I didn't feel comfortable with, something that is very important when buying a new car! Chris even helped me the day after the sale was done with setting up my FordPass! Thank you Chris! Sandra DeMay made the finance side of things go smoothly and quickly and answered any questions I had without trying to rush me out the door. Extremely Happy I was pleasantly surprised with Tallahassee Ford’s staff and service. Before I even walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I could be helped. I had a transmission issue and expected the worst. But, Joel and Fred took care of me! The issue was diagnosed and fixed in a half a day. They definitely have their stuff in order over there. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend bringing your car here for all its maintenance needs! More

Struggled to get car into shop (both shop owner and used car supervisor forgot? Took off work for nothing) . Been to shop twice. Still not fixed but actually worse. Now they are avoiding my calls and emails. So great experience buying. Negligent experience making it right. Would like to hear from the owner of the dealership to ask him/her why no one is overly concerned that I paid for an car that was sold by their dealership for the price of an unwrecked auto. More
