I came in to have a truck key made. I was given misinformation by the parts counter on cost of "programming" key. As I was talking with the service writer and being told there was a significant ch misinformation by the parts counter on cost of "programming" key. As I was talking with the service writer and being told there was a significant charge and waiting time, Service Manager Jeff Carroll inquired about the conversation and took it upon himself to program the key and saved me the programming cost. His attitude was great, his willingness to assist me as the customer shows that TFLM has the right person for this job. He has good people skills (even for a Saturday morning). In November 2013 I visited this dealer and was greeted by Diego Cabrera. He seemed like he really did not want to talk to me. When I asked about a cars selling price and he responded with a price that was ab Diego Cabrera. He seemed like he really did not want to talk to me. I went in by myself to purchase a car and I don't think they took advantge of me because I was a girl going in by myself. My salesman was so kind and helpful. He helped me every step of the way. The manager was too kind as well. He was so generous and helpful. I have Never been treated so well by any car dealer in my life. The only issue I had was with finance and accounting. It took several times to get the paperwork straight and the registration correct. Other than that it was an amazing experience. I still give the whole experience a 4.5, which is a great minus. More

I wanted to share my experience with you all. Back in June, my wife and kids were involved in a horrific roll-ever accident on the interstate. Somehow everyone made it out ok. He asked me to come by the dealership because he knew what type of vehicle I was searching for. He showed me what he had and told me to take some time and look around at other locations if needed. Seth was confident that I would not find a better deal anywhere around. I took his advise and guess what, he was right. I went back to the Ford dealership and purchased the vehicle that Seth had showed me originally. While this was a trying time in mine and my families life, (due to the accident), Seth made this purchase painless.
