We stopped by just as the dealership opened and Alvin Barber warmly greeted us and without hesitation asked what did we have in mind. He was knowledgable about the vehicles and gave us a chance to look things over without 'hovering'. Once we were in the transaction, Alvin and the finance team were straight-forward with a budget-friendly package. David, handled the paperwork with the same one-on-one attention. I found the entire establishment to be tidy...almost cozy...with hot coffee & doughnuts and ample, clean waiting areas. It was a Saturday morning and these guys did their job in competing for and winning our business, but I get the feeling they bring the same type of genuine 'leave here happy' attitude any day on the week! David showed that he has a quality background in closing the financial portion of the sale. My wife traded in her 2013 Focus, that she was not satisfied with due to poor transmission performance, and purcha the financial portion of the sale. I found a vehicle online that I was interested in. Drove over the next day to test drive. I told the saleman, kaleb, my budget. He agreed this vehicle was in my budget. They brought me a ridiculous price which would have costed me $34,800. MSRP of this vehicle is $22,000! They told me that was the absolute best they could do. I told them no and that I was leaving. The manager stopped me on the way out and somehow they could do a price around $10,000 less! So obviously they thought I was an idiot and were going to take advantage of me. Anyways, I get the vehicle home and the next day the battery is dead. I called them...got transferred to about six different people before they found the most arrogant person they had to deal with it. Long story short...I had to buy my own battery. I will never do business there again and urge others to steer clear of this place. More
