Exceeded my expectations at every level. I was in need of a new vehicle and I recently stopped by Tallahassee Ford to see their selection of used cars. After perusing their selection of used cars and trucks I decided to go with a Certified Preowned 2010 Ford Ranger. I spoke to Brant and he answered all my questions and concerns. I was never pressured to buy any vehicle. He gave me the liberty to decide which vehicle was right for me. I went home and did extensive research on the 2010 Ford Ranger and realized they were asking a fair price for the vehicle given what accessories and warranty came with it. I filled out the online application at home and waited for the dealership to call me the next day. The next day I received a phone call from the business center and they informed me they had started the qualification process. My credit isn't spotless. I do not have the best credit and I did not expect to be approved on the terms I had in mind. A few hours later Eddie Calderon called me and congratulated me on being approved. I was estatic. Both Brant, Eddie, and Aubrey all went to bat for me and worked hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted at a price my budget could afford. These folks are true professionals. They made sure everything was taken care of. It wasn't any hassle at all to buy from this dealership. I came in around 6:30PM that evening and in less than an hour I was driving away in my brand (new to me) 2010 Ford Ranger Sport. Great Customer Service I was looking to purchase a new car weeks down the road so I stopped in at Tallahassee Ford just to look around. The salesman Lorenzo came out and talked with me about what car I was looking for. He was not pushy nor in a rush to get rid of me. I talked to Eddie first about a month ago and he assured me that buying from them would be smooth and reassuring that he could make a deal happen with my situation. Needless to say I left with a brand new Mustang Gt. New ownership is way better than previous years! My wife, five-year-old Diego Cabrera and Eddie Calderon went above and beyond to make my wife and I a deal on a mint 2013 Black & Tan Ford Expedition. My wife, five-year-old daughter and I went to Ford Lincoln Tallahassee to really just look at the Expedition; we had no intentions of buying that day but were in the process of doing our research. During the weeklong car-hunt via the Internet, we found the Expedition on the dealership's website, but wanted to see it in person. Glad we did! We arrived about an hour before they closed - so I thought we would be rushed - not a chance. Diego, Eddie and finance folks stayed well past closing to put us in the SUV. Not only did they treat us right, they made the deal work. I'm glad we stopped. If you're looking for a salesman who doesn't really try to sell you, contact Diego Cabrera. He was absolutely amazing to worth with through the buying process. He didn't belittle us, talk down to us or treat us like the stereotypical "used car salesman." When we buy again, we're going to ask for Diego. Eddie Calderon was instrumental in helping close the deal. He wasn't pushy and was very knowledgable all the while working in tandem with Diego. He's a manager so he could pull out all the stops in the buying process - and he did. Great guy to work with and stayed super late to make sure we were all set. Eddie didn't just close the deal and go home. He (and Diego) made sure we got what we needed. They totally earned our business, and made us very happy customers.
