My only peeve was that once we arrived, this was not possible, but the manager and sales man did their very best to make us happy. They tried their hardest to earn our business, and they succeeded because of their welcoming manner and best effort to make us happy. Don't hold your breath I dropped my explorer off at my scheduled appointment time of 9:30am. Around noon I hadn't heard anything about the status of my repair and tried calling my service consultant. I tried for four hours to reach him and the service manager. Finally at 4:30pm, seven hours after I dropped off my car, he informed me they weren't going to be able to get to it today. This is the most disorganized hillbilly circus I've ever experienced. It's amazing they can sell Fords in this town when you have to use this service center. Maybe they will get to my repair tomorrow... but I'm not holding my breath. In the meantime I have no means of transportation. More

But for the grace of God My wife and I were discussing the possibility of a second vehicle - a used truck. We decided to look at a few places to see what would be available. Mr. Ken Eaton met us at the used truck lot and introduced himself to us. He asked what we were looking for and could he be of help. My wife saw a silver 2006 F150 with a flat top over the bed - just what I wanted!. We took it for a test drive - very nice ride. Mr. Eaton asked what kind of payments we wanted. We did not want to go over $300.00 and no money down. He came back with $1,000.00 down and $462.00 payments. The payments were too high and we did not have the down payment at the time. But he wanted our business and said he would work on it. After a couple days he call back with no money down and $322.00 payments!!!
