Beyond Exceptional Service I've had too many horrifying car buying experiences and I was dreading having to trade my car in and deal with the whole process again. But Tallahassee Ford has changed my whole perspective on car buying! Ken greeted us in the parking lot and gave us information on many different cars, as I didn't know what I wanted and we were only supposed to be "looking" that day. However, after Ken gave us an offer we couldn't refuse, we knew we'd be stupid not to buy that day! Even with a credit freeze, I was able to walk out with the car I wanted that same day. Sandra worked with what I said I could pay, gave me a great trade-in price, and an outstanding interest rate. Eddie even threw in an amazing oil-change package! I couldn't be happier and more confident in my car buying experience here and I will definitely be going back to Tallahassee Ford for all my car purchases in the future. I've never had even close to a better experience than at Tallahassee Ford! More
