Sold me the moon, delivered moon rocks! Quite possibly the second worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Diego Cabrera sold me a truck and assured me it was flawless. Upon having it delivered I immediately noticed the drivers door jam would need to be repainted as it was worn down to bare metal. As I was driving, I noticed the stereo sounded horrible. A quick trip and $200 later at my local car audio store and the problem was repaired. The previous owner did not have the oem equipment hooked back up completely after removing his aftermarket equipment. The second day of ownership had me at my local dealership. The coolant sensor in the reservoir is bad. The tank needs to be replaced; the coolant level low light was coming on even though the reservoir is full. The next thing I noticed is the driver seat motor doesn't function. Another trip to my local gmc store and I'm told this will be an $100 series of repairs. I've already spent $200 and will be spending additional money having the door jam painted. I asked for assistance from The dealership and was told no by Diego. After letting him know of his deceitful ways, he put me off on Mike Walsh. It seemed like Mike wanted to help me but over the past 2 and a half weeks all I have heard is multiple excuses and no replies to messages left. If I live closer, I would be in the dealership daily until this is resolved. Unfortunately I live in Biloxi, missississippi. I guess I will be forced to pursue legal action. More

Eternally Grateful The first time I stepped into this dealership, the last thing I felt was the eerie uneasiness most people feel anytime they buy cars, go to mechanics The first time I stepped into this dealership, the last thing I felt was the eerie uneasiness most people feel anytime they buy cars, go to mechanics and negotiate in general. Because ten times out of ten, you feel like you're getting ripped off. That has never never been the case at Tallahassee Ford Lincoln. May of last year, my credit wouldn't have allowed me to buy a Tempo, let alone a brand new car, but Ken made it happen. So well that I never felt I was being sold a car. Instead, I felt that a father or uncle had sat down with me, looked over all of my options and made them available to me, whether or not they benefited him. Which is why this year when I decided to trade in, I went back to Ken. It wasn't as easy as the first go-round, but I was patient in knowing what I wanted and realistic in what I could afford. And he worked with me all the way. From credit advice to helping to find rebates and discounts I didn't know were offered. I tried many times this year to trade in and decided I was going to hold off, work on my credit and try again in December. I came back with better (still not great) credit and a promotion...Two days later, I drove the Fusion I wanted down to the color, home. I sat in my new car for the first time and almost cried. And I owe it all to Ken. I know for a fact that no one would have worked as hard and been as persistent as he and the entire team at Tallahassee Ford Lincoln. I will never buy from any other brand nor any other dealership. Ever. More

Beyond Exceptional Service I've had too many horrifying car buying experiences and I was dreading having to trade my car in and deal with the whole process again. But Tallahasse I've had too many horrifying car buying experiences and I was dreading having to trade my car in and deal with the whole process again. But Tallahassee Ford has changed my whole perspective on car buying! Ken greeted us in the parking lot and gave us information on many different cars, as I didn't know what I wanted and we were only supposed to be "looking" that day. However, after Ken gave us an offer we couldn't refuse, we knew we'd be stupid not to buy that day! Even with a credit freeze, I was able to walk out with the car I wanted that same day. Sandra worked with what I said I could pay, gave me a great trade-in price, and an outstanding interest rate. Eddie even threw in an amazing oil-change package! I couldn't be happier and more confident in my car buying experience here and I will definitely be going back to Tallahassee Ford for all my car purchases in the future. After meeting with Diego Cabrera and the entire staff at Tallahassee Ford, I have realized that buying a car does not have to be stressful. Diego is wonderful and really makes the process easy and pleasant. I would recommend Diego and this dealership to anyone. Every person that we came into contact with at the dealership was pleasant and didn't make us feel pressured or uneasy. Everyone from the salesman (Diego), manager (Eddie) and the finance manager (Aubrey) were all wonderful to do business with. Great service and great staff. More
