Sold me the moon, delivered moon rocks! Quite possibly the second worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Diego Cabrera sold me a truck and assured me it was flawless. Upon having it delivered I immediately noticed the drivers door jam would need to be repainted as it was worn down to bare metal. As I was driving, I noticed the stereo sounded horrible. A quick trip and $200 later at my local car audio store and the problem was repaired. The previous owner did not have the oem equipment hooked back up completely after removing his aftermarket equipment. The second day of ownership had me at my local dealership. The coolant sensor in the reservoir is bad. The tank needs to be replaced; the coolant level low light was coming on even though the reservoir is full. The next thing I noticed is the driver seat motor doesn't function. Another trip to my local gmc store and I'm told this will be an $100 series of repairs. I've already spent $200 and will be spending additional money having the door jam painted. I asked for assistance from The dealership and was told no by Diego. After letting him know of his deceitful ways, he put me off on Mike Walsh. It seemed like Mike wanted to help me but over the past 2 and a half weeks all I have heard is multiple excuses and no replies to messages left. If I live closer, I would be in the dealership daily until this is resolved. Unfortunately I live in Biloxi, missississippi. I guess I will be forced to pursue legal action. More
