Recently, we needed a small defect repaired that had been a problem for months. Tallahasse Ford Service fixed the problem promptly, but the car was just out of warranty. We paid the bill, but told the Sales Manager that perhaps Ford could cover the repair. The manager checked and said Ford could not cover, but that the dealer would reimburse the amount. I was grateful to have the issue researched so quickly, regardless of the final result. I very much appreciated the prompt courtesy and professional response. Excellent treatment. More

Then we get a flier from Tallahassee Jeep Chrysler. For the record, that dealership( Tallahassee Jeep Chrysler) was the worse car buying experience ever! As we were about to throw in the towel and give up we received a call from Raiza Leal. After telling her everything she said please give us a chance. I am glad we did. She was a pleasure to deal with even after she sent us to Aubrey Goodson. From the minute we walked in we felt like the most important people in the world. Aubrey was top notch as good as it gets, NO BS, and a humble down to earth person who wasn't a salesman and made it work within our budget. He took the time, and you felt like we were friends since grade school. He never tried to put us in something we couldn't afford or didn't want for that matter. Aubrey was 100% straight up and we are part of the Ford Family for Life. Let's do some math: Tallahassee Jeep Chrysler = 2005 Ford F150 200,000+ miles and a payment of $586 per month with an interior that looked like a pit bull ate it. With a trade in (Fully Paid For) Tallahassee Ford = 2014 Ford F150 less than 17,000 miles on it and a payment almost half of that with a trade in.
