Really Not Interested in meeting the needs of the customer I was to meet Harry Lee to view a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Even after calling him in advance, he was already with another customer and I was to meet Harry Lee to view a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Even after calling him in advance, he was already with another customer and passed me off to his manager to look at the vehicle. After waiting for a little while, the car was brought around and then I was turned over to another young man. This individual was very courteous, but he really didn't know anything about the vehicle or how he could fill our needs since we were really turned off by the interior color. By this time and after being handed off down a chain of people, I felt that Tallahassee Ford was not interested in my business and became disinterested. I decided to visit another dealer that had a similar vehicle and although the vehicle didn't have something I was wanting, they were excited about finding one that came closer to matching. After a couple of tries, I walked away with a new vehicle. Over the last 10 years, I have purchased three new vehicles from Tallahassee Ford with the most recent in Feb 2014. However, this last experience has turned me away and believe I have found another dealer who really appreciates their customers and are interested in ensuring I walk away satisfied. More

Kenneth Eaton was our dealer my husband contacted him thru online and he reply instantly. we met him in-person and he is funny and accommodating. my husband is not into American car but he change his mind and gladly check out ford because of the advance feature and mechanic of new ford explorer. We almost did not got the car due to some miscommunication of our closed deal. But ken went extra mile to make sure we got our car. we thank you ken and we are loving our new ford explorer. I would also like to mention Jim from the finance office. we would recommend other Filipino to visit and check your inventory!!!! More
Great Salesman but a long wait Went to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon to look at the new Continental. Did not intend to buy a car that day but decided to after a test drive. Poor communication and poor customer service I saw a Chevy Suburban online and went over there to see it, after coming to an deal with my trade in and the price of the truck, I was told that they I saw a Chevy Suburban online and went over there to see it, after coming to an deal with my trade in and the price of the truck, I was told that they will contact me once they heard from the banks. Come Monday after 5pm and when I call (because they did not call me) I am told that because is MLK day not all banks were open so they will wait until Tuesday, but they will call me as soon as they know anything. Tuesday, again, I called around the same time and was told the sales person I was dealing with was not there but they will have him call me. I received a text to inform me the deal did not go through and Sorry. I asked what was the reason or if it was something like a co-signer or money I was not given the choice. At the end of the day, I was told they had sold the truck that same day. Not even giving the courtesy of notifying me, specially when on that Saturday I was told that truck was there for over 60 days and they were sending it to auction because it was costing them to much just to have it there. At the end of the day Joshua (sale associate) lied and provided with the worse customer service. Never again will I ever look at that dealer again. I will advise anyone to make sure you check somewhere else. Lying to a customer that way is the worse thing a person can do. Very disappointed but never again. More
Great service! I bought a diesel truck "AS-IS" with a short drivetrain warranty, and had an injector problem $$$$$. Something I knew was not covered.
