Very good purchase experience I purchased a 2017 Ford 1-F150 from Tallahassee Ford and David Kress as my salesman. David listened, found the vehicle I was looking for (at another I purchased a 2017 Ford 1-F150 from Tallahassee Ford and David Kress as my salesman. Best car buying experience I have had I was a fairly difficult customer, in the way that I wanted an SUV that could tow 5,000 lbs, and that I was also buying a travel trailer locally, so t I was a fairly difficult customer, in the way that I wanted an SUV that could tow 5,000 lbs, and that I was also buying a travel trailer locally, so the timing had to be correct with everything. Matthew K was awesome, he found some options, went over them with me, and worked hard on getting everything synchronized and setup for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and Mathew in particular to anyone interested in buying a car. More

Garbage....1 star I feel I'm owed 5 stars. We purchased an F150 Platinum. The dealership we purchased from called us to make arrangements for service drop off give a loaner. Moved here and use We purchased an F150 Platinum. The dealership we purchased from called us to make arrangements for service drop off give a loaner. Moved here and use this dealership to maintain Ford Service and the last 3 services we called to make appointments and told it's drop off only. When you drop it off your met with an employee saying 3 hour waits. WOW! Yesterday it was a 5 hour wait and we had to call to see if service was finished. I have purchased many Fords and this is the worst service department I have experienced. The protection plastic was left in truck with Keys. No next service sticker. No vacuum wash nothing. $100 extra to clean the vehicle. Loyalty to brand stops at signing the title paperwork. Next day your sent a text on "how did we do" Essentially this dealership wants you to take a day off for service. It's all about appearance. Not all Ford dealerships treat customers this way. Some have quality control. Some go the extra mile. $47 for a service id pay $ for a VIP program that completes the service at a reasonable time and details the vehicle after. I'd even pay $$ if they come pick the truck up/drop off. More
