Test drive and discussion of purchase Matt showed me a 2014 Ford C-Max Hybrid and a comparable 2017 demo. We drove the 2017 vehicle. I was interested in trading in a 2002 Toyota Camry ha Matt showed me a 2014 Ford C-Max Hybrid and a comparable 2017 demo. We drove the 2017 vehicle. I was interested in trading in a 2002 Toyota Camry having 130,000 miles. Matt prepared estimates for purchase of either car, either in cash of by financing. Matt has respectful of my personal schedule and followed up by email or phone several times to determine my level of interest in completing a purchase. In the end, I decided not to buy any vehicle at this time and to keep driving the Camry for the time being. Matt was respectful of that decision and wished me luck. More

SUPER patient and believe me, this is not always an easy accomplishment when it comes to someone who ju What a PLEASURE it was to deal with Matt Katz! SUPER patient and believe me, this is not always an easy accomplishment when it comes to someone who just can NOT make up their mind! Matt patiently explained all the details and features of the two vehicles I was trying to decide between; not just once but over, and over, and OVER! Not only did he spend a great deal of time going back and forth and repeating himself (several times), but he was also very accommodating on the test drives (plural) of the two, that's right, TWO vehicles, and took the time to really find out what was the most important feature and reason for purchasing the vehicle. His questions about what was important helped me to FINALLY reach a decision! Or so it was thought because when all was said and done and I really thought I was at peace with the decision, and Matt had gone to take the chosen vehicle to fill it up and have it detailed, another thought occurred to me that perhaps we should wait for the COLOR I wanted! (Poor Matt). Again, complete patience and nothing less than absolute professionalism on Matt's part at this ludicrous suggestion of mine! All this on the poor man's day off! (I'm SURE he was NOT paid enough for all he endured this day but he kept a smile on his face and NEVER lost his patience! God bless Matt!). We received EXCEPTIONAL, FIVE STAR customer service from this man and he DEFINITELY deserves a GOLD STAR!!! (Several actually!) More
