I was interested in trading in a 2002 Toyota Camry ha Matt showed me a 2014 Ford C-Max Hybrid and a comparable 2017 demo. We drove the 2017 vehicle. I was interested in trading in a 2002 Toyota Camry having 130,000 miles. Matt prepared estimates for purchase of either car, either in cash of by financing. Matt has respectful of my personal schedule and followed up by email or phone several times to determine my level of interest in completing a purchase. In the end, I decided not to buy any vehicle at this time and to keep driving the Camry for the time being. Matt was respectful of that decision and wished me luck. More
