New car no service The sales team was great but the service department leaves a lot to be desired. Our daughter bought a brand new 2017 Ford Fiesta a year ago with the s The sales team was great but the service department leaves a lot to be desired. Our daughter bought a brand new 2017 Ford Fiesta a year ago with the service package fo. At the first oil change, she told them the AC unit was making a strange noise. The service tech said it was normal. At the next oil change/service appointment, she told the service rep that the knocking coming from the AC had been getting louder and longer. He stated it was normal and we did not have an appointment even though she had a print out with the appointment date and time. He turned her away and told her to go to Jiffy Lube. She stated she had a service package and he then told her that she had to go to Jacksonville for the oil change. Jacksonville changed the oil but stated they could not fix the AC that it was Tallahassee Ford's responsibility. Don't buy from Tallahassee Ford! More
