I own a srt have for many years. Today I bring my car in for oil change. I hear the guy working in my car reving my engine and holding it at redline for 5 seconds numerous times. I have never felt so disres for oil change. I hear the guy working in my car reving my engine and holding it at redline for 5 seconds numerous times. I have never felt so disrespected and will not bring my car here for service. That’s about as unprofessional as you get. When I told them why are you reving my car the service lady’s answer was “ to check for oil leaks.” They feel the need to rev my engine to redline hold it to check for an “oil leak” are you kidding me Tallahassee dodge. Fast track Monday morning about 1030 we get the ball rolling and talk to the manager and all that they start on my car it’s now 140pm and I just came back from a 20 minute cruise and they have my car again it’s still not handling right and the steering wheel was ofcenter pulling to the right it’s now 2pm and 3rd times the charm hopefully More
