They are happy to sell you a car but rude about servicing My daughter bought her car in December, and everyone was so nice. After 3 months, the battery needing replacing so she called the service department. My daughter bought her car in December, and everyone was so nice. After 3 months, the battery needing replacing so she called the service department. Not only were they rude to her, but they were not knowledgeable about her purchase and took a long time to answer her questions. No one in my family will ever purchase a car from them again, and I will certainly not recommend them to anyone. It is a shame that the salespeople have to suffer because the service department is so unprofessional. More
