I called the parts department at 8:15 AM I was sent directly to voicemail so I hung up I tried calling again at 8:30 AM again I was sent to voicemail so I leave a voicemail this time asking someone to directly to voicemail so I hung up I tried calling again at 8:30 AM again I was sent to voicemail so I leave a voicemail this time asking someone to please call me back I need to get a part. I hear nothing for four hours and at 12:15 PM I called the parts department again and again I get the answering machine asking me to leave a message so I’ll leave a message asking the parts department to again please call me regarding a part it was kind of an emergency. I finally get a callback from them at 4:30 PM this is 30 minutes before they close so I do not have enough time to make it over there. Then the guy was rude with me as if I was bothering him calling the dealership and leaving two voicemails. I will never be doing business with these people for anything ever again and I will not recommend them to anyone. More

Brought our 2016 Chrysler 300 to Tallahassee DCJ at 4:45 yesterday afternoon with the under the engine baffle having come unclipped on the passenger side. Worst buying experience of my 76 years. Salesman Jimmy, not very knowledgeable on u-connect services along with most others I spoke with. Finance closer very pushy, high pressure, and outright lied. When I called him on it, he attempted to make me look stupid. Two months later still have not received promised assistance with u-connect. Love my Summit, but refer friends to another dealership or on line buying if they want a Jeep. Removed all dealer signs from my cars exterior. I doubt Mr Urban knows what actually transpires at his Dealership. More
This message is for the General Manager of this dealership. My ex took our 2016 Acura MDX to your dealership and sold it you somehow without my signature on the title. The Acura was sold in Auction dealership. My ex took our 2016 Acura MDX to your dealership and sold it you somehow without my signature on the title. The Acura was sold in Auction and purchased by Superior Chevy in Atlanta Georgia. When I found this out I called the dealership and spoke to a finance manager and two sales managers who both said they have no record of that car being sold to them. I had to call the HR department at your dealership and make a complaint and magically they found records of the Acura being sold to your dealership. I called my finance company and they verified that your dealership paid off my loan and your title clerk Nakesha requested the title. Your finance director Tim Young ( related to my ex ) contacted me and told me I had no rights the vehicle that my ex and I bought together and that is why my ex was able to sell the vehicle. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. I know for a fact that my ex needed my signature because he asked me to sign a power of attorney the very next day I found out he sold the car. Now I want to know why two months later your title clerk is asking my for my signature on the title to a vehicle that has already come and gone through your dealership. She emailed "HELLO MR. TALBERT, I AM FOLLOWING UP ON THE 16 ACURA TITLE WE SENT FOR YOUR SIGNATURE. WE NEVER RECEIVED IT BACK PLEASE GIVE ME CALL AT YOUR EARLIEST CONVIENCE" I have never provided my address nor have I ever been to your dealership. I would like and explanation to why this wasn't done before the vehicle was sold to your dealership. Something seems a bit fraudulent here and I want my xxxx car back. I need the General Manager to contact me ASAP. I do not want anyone other than him to contact me. I have sent 3 emails to the title clerk and sent a email the the GM two days ago. More
