I have worked with a number of dealerships over the years that were much easier and without excessive fees. Please do your homework on what charges above your agreed deal are really appropriate. Some good explanations online. If you have to pay MSRP and unwarranted charges, move on. Lowball trade in values, no communication or returned phone calls, they don’t listen and are only worried about a sale. Redoing paperwork with the bank would have been way more work than I wished to do at this point, so that’s why we over paid and waiting on a refund. Ms. Alma went so far above and beyond for me for the purchase of my new jeep. I just cannot put into words how amazed I was that someone would go through so much trouble to make sure that I was going to purchase of my new jeep. There was no "smoke and mirrors" with her, which is almost impossible to find when it comes to shopping for a new car. There was not one thing that I asked for that she didn't deliver (10 fold). I just wish I could truly put into words what a wonderful person this is to work with, and how far she went out of her way to make sure that I was 100% happy. There really are no words to describe the experience I had working with her. I felt more like I was family than I did a customer with her.
