The salesman Wei told us that the deal after down payment was for $150 a month for 48 months. Turned out for 60 months. Also the cleanup on delivery was not so great. Wheels very dirty from brake dust. More

I’ve called about 10 times now, still no call back. I’ve also been put on hold for over 30+ minutes numerous times and no response. Also have came into your offices and was told you’d get back to me in a week. I’m currently still waiting on a call back.

Called again today, you were “busy” again, was told I’d get a call back. That didn’t happen again. Seems like a repetitive process. Customer support has been terrible.
