Sloppy, the inspection ran out and the car was not inspected. Tire had a nail in it. I was also told the car would be detailed and filled with gas. I waited 45 minutes for the detailing of the car and inspected. Tire had a nail in it. I was also told the car would be detailed and filled with gas. I waited 45 minutes for the detailing of the car and NOTHING was done. What was I waiting on??? Never put gas in, until I ask them if they could please put some gas in the car, which they then did, but only a 1/4 tank. This car was NEVER looked over by Taj auto. This is my second car I purchased from Taj auto and unfortunately, this will be my last. I paid cash for this car. I don’t trust them at all. I ended up taking the car to a local mechanic to have it inspected and the tire fixed. My sales associate was great… but the auto shop sucks! More

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in January of 2024 that was missing head rests for the back seat. I recieved an IOU documenting this, and was told it should take about 2 weeks for the order to co 2024 that was missing head rests for the back seat. After this time passed, I contacted the dealership multiple times to inquire about when I could pick them up and recieved no response. It has now been 6 months - still no head rests nor any attempt to communicate with me about it. This is unacceptable! I will not be returning to this dealership for any future purchases if this is any indicator of how they choose to do business. More
