I spoke with a manager i believe last Friday, they stated somebody from service would call me Saturday, nobody did. This was after I had gotten the car inspected and it failed, I had texted the salesperson and never heard back and reached out to them to voice how upset I was. The car since had gotten so bad it became completely inoperable, it is now at my personal mechanics office.
