Amit, you were directly involved with the outatanding issues on my 2015 jeep. I know it was only a $15k purchase but from my viewpoint the valie shouldnt limit the level of service. I have left SEVERAL messages at your dealship directly for you and it wasnt until i left the review that you finally responded. I still have the broken glass on the back floor from when your third partt replaced the window. They left pieces everywhere. The supposed aloghwnt that was done is a joke. When i boigh the jeep it appeared the passnher rode was the issue. Since the supposed alignment was done, my front two tores have gone from almost new to almost bald that i have started shopping for tires. The driving lights still dont work, the parking light and brake light that was supposedly repaired wasnt.... my son and i finally replaced those as i was stoped by the cops for them not working. The driving loghts we havent figired out as they appear to be a wiring issue as they flicker on /off while driving, more specifically when turning or stopping. Tha AC was never fixed after 3 failed attempts by your shop.
