Car has many issues 1 month into owning it, and the process I went through with them was unpleasant. They also promised my mom a $130 referral since she bought a car from them a month earlier, and they failed to honor that, only giving her $100. The receptionist was the only person there that seemed to care, so xxxxxxto her. As for the car, I am a first time car buyer, I'm young, and I agreed to the terms. I acknowledge I bought the car as is, but the quality they spoke about is not what I got. 1 month in I have to replace a receiver and key fob, have engine problems, leaking pcv hose, and bad struts that need replaced. The monthly payments they told me were different than what the bank financing my lian told me. The car was not detailed upon arrival, despite me telling them 2 weeks ahead of time the EXACT day I'd be in for the vehicle. If you're young like me, and don't know any better, avoid this place at all costs. I now see their "willingness to work with me for lack of credit history" was just a way for them to get me in this junk car and out the door. P.S., it is a 2017 with 69,000 miles, so it's not like I'm purchasing a vehicle with 200k+ mileage. More

Yes folk these xxxxxxxx think it’s ok to use your warranty only 6 weeks after purchasing a “new” crap jeep! 3/22/23 my alternator stops working, I express I don’t want to pay for the battery, Christopher says taj will cover that, now it’s Friday 3/24 my new jeep is fixed and I can go pick it up. I get to Easton to pick it up and surprise they only changed the alternator and I still have a BAD BATTERY, because CHRISTOPHER never called and told them to put one in…. Miscommunications is what I got told…. Hey I got nothing better to do rite. Waste my time .. oh did I mention I had to miss work that Friday because I work weekends and my new jeep is being fixed and I have no way to work… 12 pto hours gone , Chris could care less 4/4/23 my air conditioning doesn’t work in the new jeep that was advertised with air conditioning, my new jeep all black with black interior is going to be soo much fun driving this summer without air conditioning. 4/4 I called CHRISTOPHER and texted him and nothing until a review is left. I’ve been to star auto on Monday this week only to have wasted my time and morning to be sent to a totally different dealership only to be sent away again. My jeep still is not fixed and I’ve been waiting since Thursday 10 am for the manager at STAR to call me … still no call DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME with these xxxxxxxx Oh when you leave a negative review they will text you and tell you they will not help you… More
Don’t waste your time or money… I’ve had nothin but issues with my Jeep. I have it for two months…. They think it’s acceptable for this to be a buying experience . I had a very pleasant experience at Taj Auto Mall. I went to test drive a vehicle and wound up finding another on the lot which suited me better.
