They will have your car detailed before pick up and if there are any issues, they will make sure they take care of it, they are friendly and professional. She purchased a vehicle a few years back and received great service at one of their other dealerships Star Auto Mall and loved her Volkswagen Jetta. Horrible experience. Paid for them to get the registration and title and it's been almost two months. They claimed we didn't send the correct documentation, we did. It isn't our fault they work as a disjointed mayhem where miscommunication and misinformation among themselves runs rampant. I used to get very good customer service from them. That isn't the case anymore. Peter, Johnny, Carolyn, everybody, what a big let down! I cannot recommend them ever again. More
