Taj Auto Mall

After a few weeks owning my vehicle, i noticed issues with it. It should have never passed inspection and a few other things are wrong with it. Im highly disappointed in Taj and after this experience i will never shop here again. More

The employees At Taj Automall treat you like family. They will do everything in their power to help you become qualified for an auto loan and care about not only you, but selling you a quality vehicle. They give you great service, offering you water or coffee and making sure you’re taken care of by one of their sales people. They will have your car detailed before pick up and if there are any issues, they will make sure they take care of it, they are friendly and professional. Here you are not treated like just another customer you are treated like a friend and family member. My daughter referred me to Taj auto mall. She purchased a vehicle a few years back and received great service at one of their other dealerships Star Auto Mall and loved her Volkswagen Jetta. I would definitely recommend Taj Automall/star Automall for any of your vehicle needs! More

Horrible experience. Paid for them to get the registration and title and it's been almost two months. They claimed we didn't send the correct documentation, we did. It isn't our fault they work as a disjointed mayhem where miscommunication and misinformation among themselves runs rampant. I used to get very good customer service from them. That isn't the case anymore. Peter, Johnny, Carolyn, everybody, what a big let down! I cannot recommend them ever again. More
