Hello Amit, As reported, I called and left 3 messages for the various departments in your phone system as well as Chelsea's cell phone (as per her business card) . Not a single call back. When I finally talked to your receptionist and she put me through to Peter, he claimed that he would email out the contract within the hour.... 3 Days later, no contract. (Peter also said the contract would be in the glove box when we took delivery of the car). I called back and asked to speak with you then. Was put on hold for approximately 10-15 minutes and then sent to a voicemail that was full and thus disconnected! I called right back and fortunately Chelsea answered. I explained everything to her and I could hear her asking Peter to "resend" the contract. We got it instantly. It is not acceptable to the customer to blame your technology infrastructure. If your phone system/s (a full mailbox is fully your responsibility) and mail systems are not working properly (which is suspect), then that, unfortunately, falls at your responsibility as the general manager.
