Sales person Fernando was very helpful, all the staff I met were also friendly and helpful. The x5 bmw was from all outward appearances in good condition. Price was fair. Upon test driving the X5 and retur met were also friendly and helpful. The x5 bmw was from all outward appearances in good condition. Price was fair. Upon test driving the X5 and returning to the dealership, light smoke and burnt oil smell was observed. Service manager assured me it was due to recent oil change. X5 was taken to the service bay and when returned, not much order. However the BMW N55 engine is known to have a valve cover gasket issue that drops oil onto the exhaust, besides the oil fill is at the front of the engine not the rear. So now I have to have the gasket replaced, and Sun BMW wants ,$1900.00 to repair. The X5 also only came with one key fob, another $500.00. I can recommend this dealership but with a bit of caution. In short I do like the X5 and plan on keeping it, but feel I was mislead about the oil leak issue More
