I can be a bit of a tough customer, so the quick purchase even surprised myself. And I could not be more pleased. The finance guy was the best I have ever worked with in my 66 years. I usually don't get extended warranties on anything, and he did not waste time trying to "sell" me. But his fantastic ability to explain everything completely with very few words led me to perceive a scenario where the warranty made sense this time. I changed my "no" to a "yes", and also could not be more pleased with that decision. About everyone goes through a phase after a big purchase wondering, "Should I have done something different?" I considered carefully the whole experience and result afterwards, and I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!!! More
