Not negotiated properly I went in to buy a 2016 Nissan Frontier.Sticker price was 34,999.00. I had a 2014 Honda civic that was paid for.. Blue book was 9200 on that civic . I am a veteran and a college graduate. I was told that 33k was the best they could do. I was gonna offer 30K IN CASH including the trade in. . They told me they couldn't do it. A lot of shuckin and jiving and BSin during sales pitch. I'm not a 25yr old buying his first automobile. I wrote the better business bureau and do not encourage my friends or acquatances to shop there. No negotiating was even considered. VERY disappointed More

We've had nothing but trouble since we've gotten our car, and trust us- WE WILL NEVER COME BACK to Tacoma Nissan. NEVER! We will make sure we tell our family and friends, and have their family and friends tell their family and friends to NEVER go there. It's one thing to get the sale, but to not fulfill the simple tasks that they promised to do on the car is just ridiculous! On top of that, we purchased the extended warranty to find out that the things that we need fixed aren't even covered under the warranty. If they wanted us to rave about them, they should've gone above and beyond to fix what we needed fixed. HORRIBLE place, AVOID at all costs, even if they have your "Dream" car, but honestly, NISSAN isn't the best cars out there..... More

Worst car buying expirience to date Went into the Tacoma Nissan dealership last week with great expectations. Walked out with a very low opinion of the professionalism of the sales staf Went into the Tacoma Nissan dealership last week with great expectations. Walked out with a very low opinion of the professionalism of the sales staff and more specifically a sales manager named Darrel. This guy was terrible and extremely unprofessional. He was disrespectful, unprofessional and pushy to the point that it was just rude. After some negotiating, we determined that the dealership could not meet our bottom-line price which was perfectly fine with us. We set a price that we could afford and we were going to stick to it. No harm, no foul. But at the end of negotiations, Darrel stormed off from the table mumbling under his breath. From what I could hear it sounded an awful lot like he was calling myself and my wife bad names. It was very unprofessional and a little pathetic to say the least. The leadership at Tacoma Nissan should really consider letting him go. He is a very unfitting and poor representative of the dealership. Tacoma Nissan is officially off the list. Jeff More

Meeting Mr. Nate today was a great experience I Felt comfortable and welcomed and that I was in good hands. He took his time to find the best car, best deal, best bank, and the best people to help someone like me because I don't have built credit. He made this process easy for me by making me pay a low monthly payment due to hard times. I know there are good people out there and Mr. Nate is one of the best and another thing he fight to get the best of the best for his clients. He Will tell you the truth he will not sugarcoat anything which makes him the best. He made my day by flighting for me and got a pretty car and was able to go to work.
