We didn't buy but walked out with NO pressure to return, and a sincere thank you for coming in. We ended up returning the next day and bought the greatest 2 door hardtop Mini Cooper. Rocky met us and really spent time with us talking about the different types, Cooper, Cooper S and the John Cooper Works. We didn't realize until later that he stayed past closing time on a Saturday to work with us. We couldn't find the exact Cooper S we were looking for, so ordered one from Rocky. He was responsive to my emails during the ordering process and then once the car was delivered. It was worth the wait! Rocky was just really low pressure sales and easy to work with. He made sure that we got what we wanted and that it was right. More

I was buying my second mini and had been thinking about what I wanted for a while. I had ideas in my head and Steve walked me through all of the fun choices for the interior and exterior. Minis are special because they have so many options to make yours look like no one else's. Steve found examples on the lot of every configuration, and if there wasn't one, he found photos to be sure that I could see what it would really look like and choose. When I arrived to pick up my new car, it was on the showroom floor, draped with a cover. I got to do the big reveal myself, which made it a fun and exciting moment. Steve made me feel like he had all the time in the world to walk through settings and give me an overview of what was different on my new car. Everyone treated me like it was a big deal and fun for them as well. I'm happy to recommend this dealership. More

Mr Matranga is a sales rep that is interested in what he sells; who he sells to, and how he sells. Even though I came clean pretty early in the conversation that I was really only interested in the least expensive car on the lot, I still got the best service I have EVER received. A true gentleman. They could have pointed us to the top of the line, blinded out models, but didn't. We test drove 3 and found exactly the one we wanted. The entire staff treated us like old friends. Questions were answered directly and honestly. They even gave us choices in financing that we weren't aware would be better for our situation instead of what was better for the dealership. We won't buy a car anywhere else. More

He was friendly, informed, and made the buying experience an enjoyable one. Even after the purchase he has been available to answer any of my questions as they have come up. The entire dealership has a fun and inviting feel. This also rolls over into the people that work there. Everyone I worked with in the process was amazing. Excellent Customer Service Our Northwest Mini experience was in early January (2015). In 7 1/2 hours I test-drove 7 Mini models. All of these Minis performed well, and it was tough to pick just ONE. I was determined to take a Mini home that day...and I did...it ended up being none of the cars that I "sampled". Brandon Barlow was very helpful about answering my Mini/many questions..... He has great customer service skills, and will go far. I ended up with a beauty that was parked on the roof...didn't even bother test-driving it. :-) My Mini has been with me for two months now (March 2015), and it performs great! Carol More
