Amazing Experience at NW Mini I can honestly say that I have never had a "fun" experience at a car dealership, usually far from it. My wife and I wandered onto the NW Mini lot and I can honestly say that I have never had a "fun" experience at a car dealership, usually far from it. My wife and I wandered onto the NW Mini lot and to our surprise, we weren't mobbed by salesman. After about 10 minutes of wandering around Steve came out and asked us if we had any questions. We told him that we knew nothing about Mini's. He was so excited to show us a Mini and what made a Mini a Mini. We picked out a ALL4 Countryman and took it for a test drive. After the drive, we talked to Steve about cost and left. Never once was there even an implication of pressure. I called Steve the next day settled on a price, came in and picked up the car. This was truly a great experience. Steve, Jeff, Brandon, and Fred truly epitomize customer service and integrity. Please stop in and see them, you won't be disappointed. We are ecstatic to be a part of the Mini family. More

Based on my experience elsewhere I was resigned that MINI wouldn't work for me, but stopped in since I was nearby. Terry took the time to understand my needs and to figure out how they could be met. He didn't give up and went the extra step to make sure I got the configuration that worked for me even when the computer balked. 'Nuff said. Time to motor! More

I just wanted to extend to you a HUGE Thank You from me and my family. We are purchasing a 2004 Mini Cooper S from a friend however, he lives in California and we are in Washington. So my wife, kids and I wanted to check them out in detail. We went to Northwest Mini in Fife, Wa. on Saturday 8/27/2016 (it was a hot day) to check out the Mini Coopers and to see if our kids would fit and the more important component to see if my wife would like it and like driving it. I’m pretty sure we expressed all our excitement when we came back from the first test drive. On the second test drive, which was a 6 speed and a little newer model, Kyle met us in the parking lot with some water. We are so excited to get our Mini and look forward to purchasing one hopefully next year sometime. I have been to many many different Car dealerships and have bought many cars and going to the Mini Cooper Dealership and working with Kyle Harrell was such a blessing to us. We were super impressed by his knowledge and excitement for the cars but also the laid back, chill attitude and character that he displayed knowing that we were not going to buy a car that day. We have been VW people most of our lives and I feel the winds changing. We loved the Family oriented atmosphere, family owned company there in Fife and absolutely no pressure to buy a car. As we were leaving I told him that we are flying down to California this next week to pick up that 2004 Mini Cooper S and he said to me "Send me some pictures and call me if you have any questions about anything." And that's exactly what we are going to do.
