this is my second MINI in 5 yrs. Traded in my 2007 for a 2012. While I haven't been to the dealership often (few problems with my last car), when I walk in, everybody is friendly, knows my name, makes me 2012. While I haven't been to the dealership often (few problems with my last car), when I walk in, everybody is friendly, knows my name, makes me feel like part of their family. We Mini folks love our cars, and they celebrate our joy with us. The sales experience, both times, wasn't the typical painful back-and-forth experience - it's just not their way. Smooth and easy. Brad was easy to communicate with even prior to stepping foot on the dealership. He answered my email questions and set up an appointment that worked for us. We ended up buying in a no-hassle environment foot on the dealership. He answered my email questions and set up an appointment that worked for us. We ended up buying in a no-hassle environment and received what we wanted on our trade in. The financing department was great, too. Brad said to be sure and call if we ever had any questions later on down the road... so we took him up on that as well! While on a MINI vacation we had a glitch with a cell phone and synching the bluetooth. He got us fixed up right away! We're definitely hooked on MINI and this dealership. More
I had always liked Minis, but with 2 teenaged boys & I had always liked Minis, but with 2 teenaged boys & Bulldogs, a 2-seater was just not a practical family car. When I heard that Mini was coming ou I had always liked Minis, but with 2 teenaged boys & Bulldogs, a 2-seater was just not a practical family car. When I heard that Mini was coming out with a 4 door SUV, I contacted Northwest Mini--my Mini owning friends recommended them. My Motoring Advisor was Brad Davis, and he was awesome. He kept me informed at every step and made excellent recommendations for the specs on my order. It was pretty exciting being able to order a car exactly like I wanted it (or in Mini speak, "you"tify it). I would highly recommend Brad as your Motoring Advisor (which sounds much nicer than salesman). Diana Steeves was also great. She is the Finance Manager there, and she was great to work with. We would up going through our credit union because we got a killer rate from them, but if we had bought a different Mini model, we would have gone through Mini finance due to the special deals they had--unfortunately the Countryman was not part of the special deals. Other car buying experiences that I've had wound up being a super hard sell on extras & such, but not when dealing with Diane. The Service Department has been very good so far as well. Unfortunately after I had only had my Countryman for a few months, a pickup truck ahead of my on I-5 lost its spare tire which flew back & struck my car. The Countryman kept me & my passenger safe, but suffered close to $4K in damages. Northwest Mini got it repaired and back as good as brand new. Bottom Line: great dealership with great people that will go out of their way to help make sure you fall in love with Minis. More
Everyone is nice and honest. You will NOT get car sales bullcrap. It is a fun place to buy a car. They have lots of options to personalize your MINI. bullcrap. It is a fun place to buy a car. They have lots of options to personalize your MINI. More
This is - if you'll excuse the expression - the Rolls Royce of car dealerships. I brought my Mini in for service just before my service plan expired, and the service advisor went out of his way to ensur Royce of car dealerships. I brought my Mini in for service just before my service plan expired, and the service advisor went out of his way to ensure that everything was done that could be legitimately done while I was still covered. The physical layout of the service department is spectacular - Cappucino, anyone? Internet? - and my car was finished well before the estimated time. I have lauded this dealership to anyone who will listen ever since. More
Excellent service! Shane, Brad and Diane made me feel welcome and I love my new car. I had a complete opposite experience 3 weeks earlier at a Ford dealership and ended up trading my used Ford vehicle for a new MINI. Best move I've made as far as cars go. The Ford dealer was Lakewood Ford and I have written a review about that experience as well. I did notify Lakewood that I was unhappy with their service. More
