We have bought 2 MINI's from NorthWest MINI. We bought a used MINI Cooper in 2005 and just bought a 2012 MINI Coupe. Compared to other dealers buying a care from NorthWest MINI is a dream. There is no press used MINI Cooper in 2005 and just bought a 2012 MINI Coupe. Compared to other dealers buying a care from NorthWest MINI is a dream. There is no pressure to buy, just a love for the MINI Cooper that is infectious. We drove the clubman earlier in the year then drove the coupe the week it was introduced. Brad was great about showing us the car and answering any question we had. At most dealers if you test drive you are subjected to the sell after the drive. At NorthWest MINI we actually had to ask to sit down and run the numbers, which Brad was very happy to do. The prices are fixed, no significant bargaining is available. So you know what your trade in is worth and you know what you are paying. With our coupe, we drove the car and ran some numbers then said good bye, thank you we will call you. There was no pressure to not let us leave without the sale. We then completed the order process the next week over the phone with Brad as we were driving to eastern Washington. We went to the car show and I talked my DH into stopping for a test drive on the way home. Rocky came to see if we needed any help and, after asking what was important to me in a mini, brought the cutest l for a test drive on the way home. He drove it to demo it's funness and then let me take it for a spin. OMG...I was in love...with the car (though Rocky is pretty nice). It was late for the credit union so I had to wait til Monday to get things squared away. Eddie Bing handled the financing and was very helpful. Rocky came in on his day off so I could pick up my new baby Monday evening. Diane handled the paperwork in a flash and was friendly and funny while she did it. Rocky showed me in detail how to work things and Eddie shared his yummy cornbread with us since we did not take time to eat anything before we headed up to get the car and we were starving! It was a very easy, friendly and postive experience. My favorite thing.....There were a couple extra guys there and the gal at the front desk along with Rocky, Eddie and Diane. They all seemed truly excited about me getting this little car and how much fun I was going to have with it. Normally, once the 'busines' is done, the customer isn't that much of a focus...it's just get the details out of the way so the salesman can move on. NW Mini doesn't treat their customers that way. Very positive experience. If you need a Mini (and you do if you like to drive fun) you should really give Rocky a call. More

These car are amazing and I only wish I checked them out sooner. I can go on and on about the MINI product and how highly I feel about it but this review is really for Rocky, the guy that introduced me to MINI once I walked through the door. We've all had our share of sales guys that don't know anything about what they're selling and they guilt and pressure you to makeing a decision. Rocky was excited to show me what MINI was all about and full of information about even the smallest details of the car. We first drove a brand new S Hatchback and I was hooked then and there. He made referances to the John Cooper Works and I just had to check out the differences. We then drove a 2009 JCW and by the time the drive was over I knew it was my car. Rocky was never pressureing me to make a decision and he was just more excited that I "got" what MINI is all about. When running the numbers he was on top of things to keep the ball rolling smooth and overall it was probably the fastest car buying experiance i've ever had. I feel like I left there with the car I wanted with a very fair price and a wealth of knoledge. Perhaps the best part while waiting for numbers was all the notebooks Rocky has put together full of the MINI heritage on his desk for all to read. I will definatley be buying again from Rocky years from now when I get a brand new JCW :) More

This is the second Mini I've bought through Northwest Mini. Mark was a great help. We live 300 miles away and Mark took care of everything. All we had to do is show up to pick up our car. They are all so friendly and helpful. One time, they even took us to the mall to shop while they worked on my car.. I look forward to the time when I can afford my next Mini! More

I don't even think he could be that way. He knows that the Mini Cooper's sell themselves. They are so much fun to drive. Our finance lady, Diane was so very helpful. She made he paperwork go so easily. She is awesome! Overall, the experience at NW Mini was awesome. They always have us pull our Mini right up in front. They always make us feel welcome to come in no matter what. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Will! More

We had just purchased a 2009 JCW for my husband and were looking for a Countryman for me. I was getting ready to special order one when I happened to look through Northwest Minis inventory. They had one that I thought was pretty close to what I was building online. I contacted the dealership and Will Sheen promptly responded to my email and sent me the printout of everything that was on the car. It had everything I was looking for plus some extras and the price was within our range. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. After a couple more emails and phone calls (the longest conversation was talking about my husbands JCW), we made arrangements to go and pick up the car. Since we live 4 1/2 hours from the dealership I was expecting the typical long, drawn out car buying process (like the one we just experienced the week before at the dealership where we purchased the JCW). This ended up to be anything but. My car was ready and waiting for me in the front of the dealership (with my name in the window - loved that) and while Will was finishing up with his other customer, we looked around the Parts area and were assisted by Bob Arnhold. He was very friendly and helpful. We also talked to Bert Senon in service about a couple questions my husband had on his JCW. Bert quickly checked to see if they could fit us in that day for the computer update, which they did - and took care of everything. He also printed out a list of all the extras that were on the JCW. Bert certainly went above and beyond to help us. Diane Steeves was the next employee to brighten our day with her smile and professionalism. She had all of our paperwork printed and ready to sign and informed us of a couple warranty options for my husbands car. All in all, it was a long day of driving but the top notch level of customer service we received in all departments made it completely worth the trip! More
