The work itself would have been over $3000 but they offered to sell us a service contract for about $1000 less than the cost of the repair that covered that and service for the next 3 years! After we were in an accident we went back to them for a new one. The one we were looking at had a sticker price $4000 over what it was actually selling for and we didn’t know that. Steve was honest and told us the lower price and we ended up buying it. Fred in finance was great too. They made the whole process fast and simple. They are not pushy at all! We are highly impressed and will return to Steve to purchase again! More

A few hours later we were on our way home with our new adopted baby, "Pepper"! Neither my husband or I had ever even been in a MINI before, and now, four days later, we're discussing which model he'll be getting! WE'RE IN LOVE!!!! I just wish we hadn't wasted the past 30 years of our license driving all the wrong makes! Now we know, we'll never look back. Thanks to Steve for making it fun, and spoiling us a little bit for our wait! Hope you stay at your job a long time, as you'll be seeing way more of us! Motor on! More

Amazing Experience! My husband and I can to Northwest Mini with a plan to trade in my 09 Mini Clubman. We would have loved to get another Clubman, but we just wasn't happ My husband and I can to Northwest Mini with a plan to trade in my 09 Mini Clubman. We would have loved to get another Clubman, but we just wasn't happy with the look of them. Steve understood and didn't try and talk us into something we didn't like. Steve had us test drive several different models until we found the model we liked. From there we just had to pick a color, British Racing Green with Black strips! We love our new Mini. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles over the years and this experience was by far the best. Steve never pressured us. He was straight forward and honest. The Wait Was Worth It! NW Mini didn't have exactly what we wanted so we ordered from the factory. It was easy and we got to watch the process along the way.
