We decided that we actually liked the car better without the stripes. But, if you do order a Mini, be sure that you go over the build sheet multiple times to check the correctness. This is our second Mini. The "fun factor" is a real plus. I would not hesitate to recommend Northwest Mini. More

After placing my order, I especially liked the capability to track my car on the MINI web site from the time the order reached the factory in Europe until it arrived at the delivery center in California. As advertised, my MINI was ready for pickup at NW MINI 8 weeks after placing my order. The car was in flawless condition and I could not have been happier with my selected options. Rocky was extremely helpful in going over all the equipment and functions of the various controls. The final step was to finalize the paperwork with Diane Steeves, the finance expert. Again, this was a painless and efficient process. I drove away as a very happy new MINI owner. More

Rocky is a great person to deal with when looking for a new car. I had come in during the last hour of the day and Rocky was about to leave but he saw that I was waiting and others were still busy with ot new car. He was very friendly and listened to my needs. I told him what I wanted and he helped me see what the countryman would offer. He was very patient with us and not trying to rush us. He and Brad stayed quite late that evening in order to help us get a deal we were happy with. I have dealt with other dealerships where folks are very pushy and inflexible, but Rocky and Mini were very different. A nice car buying experience. I would recommend them to anyone. More

Northwest Mini is an easy place to purchase a vehicle. No high pressure sales, just friendly employees who seem knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot (which is not true of all dealerships). I live a few hours away from any MINI dealer, so I flew to SEATAC airport to pick up my new car, and Tim even picked me up at the airport and drove me down to the dealership.
