My visits to the Mini dealership were great. The staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Then I went back on line to build my own MINI but saw the August sales deals and the on line pictures of the Mini I j very helpful and knowledgeable. Arriving at the dealer to find the price less than quoted on line was great too. The buying experience with Rocky was great. We spent more time just talking about the features and fun of the Mini that actually doing a 'sale'. Financing and paperwork was the fastest I've ever experienced and I left having been thoroughly instructed on all the ways of my new Mini! Getting a welcome to the family gift bag was awesome too! And I'm so excited about the included maintenance, I can't stand it! I LOVE DRIVING My MINI! She is so fun! Well worth the purchase! I would recommend Rocky to anyone, and already have! It's a long story, but the basic idea is I spent 6 long years dreaming about my first MINI and without the team at NW MINI it would never have happened. After laboring over the decision and even putting money down on a car, a job change caused me to opt out of the purchase back in 2006. Now, 6 years later, Brad and the rest of the NW MINI team was there for me again as if I had never gone away. Absolutely top level pros that I can't recommend enough. Brad, Bob, Diane, Will and all the guys in service have been there for us every step of the way. I never thought I'd find myself just dropping by a car dealership to say hi and show off the newest part or mod to my vehicle, but I swear it's happening frequently. Once the car arrived, he spent lots of time showing us all the features and helping us get to know the car inside and out. One of the things we really appreciated was his help in selecting options and colors for the car. We would not have gottend the car we really wanted without his help. I always expect high pressure tactics when buying a car, but this was just NOT the case with NW Mini. Tim and his boss (Shane)made the whole process easy and FUN! I was still suspicious of some high pressure from the finance manager, but that didn't happen either. She was friendly and made everything easy. She did explain our options for additional maintenance and warranty packages, but didn't make us feel like we had to buy anything. She just presented the options so we could make our own decision. This was such a great experience, and we like the car so much, I'm looking forward to the next time I can visit Tim and buy another car from him! More

My husband and I recently decided to get serious about purchasing a Mini and went to our local dealership in Portland, OR. There we were told that we would have to choose from one of the cars on the lot purchasing a Mini and went to our local dealership in Portland, OR. There we were told that we would have to choose from one of the cars on the lot unless we wanted to wait 3+ months to get one ordered. Last fall this same dealership tried very hard to try to locate us just the right Mini by consulting their computerized inventory of the West Coast. Turns out they had been sold and no longer had the customer service orientation the previous owners valued. So, I contacted NW Mini in Tacoma (Fife) to see if they could get me the Mini I wanted. Mark Sandau responded to my plea for assistance and began sending me emails and info about potential Minis that were available all over the West Coast. He finally located just the right Mini and we started serious discussions about purchasing her. We made arrangements to drive to Tacoma to pick up the Mini and suddenly had a family emergency. We called Will Sheen, who was covering for Mark on his days off, and begged to get the Mini a day early so I could still pick up the car and fly out to deal with the family situation. Will and all the staff accommodated all our needs and did so with grace. Steve Zilkey met us and started our introductions to the many wonders of Mini ownership while waiting for Mark to come in early to assist us. Shane Wood worked hard on the financing and Diane Steeves got us through the paperwork in record time. I made it to the airport in time to catch my flight and my husband got to take our new Mini on it's maiden voyage to Portland. I was so happy with the customer service provided by this dealership that yesterday I told a perfect stranger that asked about my Mini to contact Mark at NW Mini if she was serious about getting one. I was traveling from Colorado and had a problem with the clutch on my 2002 MCS. Brad and Graham were able to get my car into service right away so that I could continue my trip back to Colorado with minima clutch on my 2002 MCS. In addition, they took time to point out a where I could save future money by having certain work done in addition to the clutch because a significant amount of the labor was already incurred in getting to the clutch. While it cost more to have the work done now, it will save significant dollars by not needing to have it done when I get back to Colorado. Brad went above and beyond to help me during this process. I would certainly recommend him specifically to anyone interested in purchasing a MINI - new or used. Graham kept track of the process of getting my MINI repaired and kept me informed. Super good help. All in all, I was very pleased with my experience at NW MINI and would recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing or repairing a MINI. More
