We have owned our Cooper for almost five years. He took the time to explain several possible outcomes and then let us make the decision, which we very much appreciated. He was not just courteous, he was accommodating without having to be asked. He seemed to understand that our time was just as valuable as his and that our resources were not unlimited. As it turned out, the problem was not capable of being resolved today, but he precisely identified what would be required to fix our car and gave us all the information we need to bring it back when we could muster the resources. He also ensured that the car was returned to us in a more drivable condition than when we arrived AND our cost today was zero dollars. Although Graham gave us the information so that we could fix the car ourselves, we will be bringing it back for the required repairs because Graham made us feel like we were truly valued as customers, not just a walking wallet. While Graham was the only employee we had occasion to speak with today, Northwest Mini is a very pleasant place to visit. The waiting area is very comfortable and well appointed. The coffee is apparently endless as well as tasty and we really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. More

My wife and I have always liked the looks of the Mini Cooper and decided to check them out as we looking for a new car. We drove from Eastern Washington to Tacoma Mini and were impressed with the large i Cooper and decided to check them out as we looking for a new car. Mark was very patient with us as we went from model to model trying to decide which one was best for our needs. We decided on the Countryman and are very pleased with with our choice. Mark proceeded to show us all the many features and took us step by step through the interior setup. There are many features and we learned a lot about them with Marks help. Dianne handled the paperwork and was also very pleasent to work with. I am glad we picked Northwest Mini for our purchase as our experience was all we could ask for. When our family came to Northwest MINI, we had spent the whole day looking for a used Mini around $10,000 in other car dealerships, so we were a bit tired. Rocky came out to greet us, and was extremely pleasant. He showed us the Minis in the front lot and the back, and thoroughly explained how the types of Minis were different from each other. Once we found the Mini we all agreed upon (black with white stripes, mirrors and roof),Rocky proceeded to show us how many of the features inside the car worked. We kept Rocky there past the end of his shift, so we decided to come back the next day to talk about purchasing the car. The next day we went for a ride in the Mini, Rocky drove first and showed us just how good the Mini is at turning and other features we never had before in our old PT Cruiser. At every turn Rocky was explaining the features of the Mini. We returned to the dealership and Rocky shared some very interesting historic information on Mini Coopers. Once we had agreed on a price, Rocky managed to get us another key which was a big plus for us. Rocky was always courteous and helpful, he even helped us connect our Bluetooth and set up our favorite radio stations.
