I test drove several different models before deciding on the "one" and Joe never batted an eye. I felt he sincerely wanted to make sure I was completely happy with the car I purchased. Once I chose the MINI I wanted, Joe spent a lot of time with me to make sure I knew everything about it before I drove it off the lot. He also helped me set up my phone, radio station pre-sets, etc. In addition, they don't make a MINI in the color I really wanted, so Joe set up a custom vinyl wrap, so I got the PINK MINI I really wanted and I couldn't be happier! More
Steve was very helpful with the purchase of my first MiINI. He listened to what I wanted and answered any questions I had. There was no pressure to buy, just a very relaxed experience. Steve is a very personable guy and makes you feel like you are part of the MINI family. Would I send my family and friends to him? You bet. Diane Steeves did an excellent job on the financial part. They do not honor their word. I own a 2007 mini that I bought at this dealership 2 years ago. I have had several issues with the car but the biggest is the panoramic sunroof cartri I own a 2007 mini that I bought at this dealership 2 years ago. I have had several issues with the car but the biggest is the panoramic sunroof cartridge replacement that will cost $2400. The car broke down near the dealership a couple of weeks ago and was towed to them. After the water pump was identified as the problem they called with an extensive list totaling $2400 and they wanted to sell me tires. After looking at a $5000 plus bill ( including roof) on a $10,000 car I decided to inquire about them buying it back. They made an offer of $7000 of which I accepted and after driving 1 1/2 hours 2 days later to sign the paperwork, they backed out of the deal. They offered me a lower price and refused to honor their word. I left the car there and returned two weeks later to tow it away as I wasn't about to let such a dishonest dealership work on my car. More

He was very patient with me and my going back and forth with what I wanted. Test drove with Terry (also super nice and helpful) because Rocky was out the day I could go in. Thought it over during the week and went back on Saturday and got my dream Mini with Rocky's help. Made the whole experience easy and fun. More
I am in LOVE with my new MINI Countryman, and so is everyone who drives it. It's just so FUN to drive. Joe Narr went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to help my husband and I find the MINI Countryman of our dreams that fit within our budget. He worked tirelessly to find a Countryman for us. When we found an incredible deal through a co-worker of my sister in Bend, OR, Joe offered wise counsel, shared his honest thoughts and possible concerns. His honesty, integrity, and no pressure sales won me over.He responded promptly to my many email questions. When we went with the Countryman from Bend, I seriously regretted not buying the car from Joe. He's such a good guy. When we drove the car home from Oregon, Joe offered to personally go over the car with me and welcome to the MINI family. He congratulated me on our great deal and spent over an hour with me going over the car and showing me how to use everything. He even washed it for me and checked the service record. All that work, and Joe didn't make a dime. I'm a fan for life. Like I said, I've never had this level of customer care, and I didn't even buy my car from Northwest MINI. I am referring everyone I know to Joe. I have one friend already committed to buying a Clubman next summer. Thanks again Joe. More

I purchased my hardtop MINI approximately six months ago from NW MINI and have been extremely pleased since that time. I had a first-rate experience dealing with NW MINI. I would especially like to thank Mark Sandau for his exceptional customer service and knowledge. After test driving and looking at many available MINIs, I decided that the best route would be to order exactly what I wanted. Mark was extremely easygoing and knowledgeable during this process. He provided excellent recommendations regarding special features that I would utilize in my MINI. I changed my mind multiple times during the process and Mark was able to accommodate these requests. Mark was very efficient at answering my multiple phone calls and emails. Although I had to wait approximately eight weeks to meet my MINI, Mark helped fuel my excitement during that time period by sending me updates on the status of my MINI. I knew exactly when my MINI went into production, when it made it on the ship and when it reached in the US. He even sent me a picture of the car when it arrived at NW MINI. On the day that I came to get my car, I found it parked next to Mark’s desk. It was wrapped in a car cover and had a giant bow on the top. I cannot thank Mark enough for understanding and playing into my excitement. Over the last six months, Mark has continued to make himself available when I have questions about the car. This goes above and beyond any expectations that I had and demonstrates the exceptional customer service that he provides. I absolutely love my new MINI and am so thankful to Mark and the other staff at NW MINI for making my experience so enjoyable. I have always dreaded buying cars in the past because of the stress and pressure that I felt at the dealership – this experience was the polar opposite. From the moment that I walked into NW MINI, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming and I did not ever feel pressured. I cannot think of a more pleasant buying process. I would definitely buy from NW MINI again and would recommend Mark and the other staff at NW MINI to anyone who is interested in owning a MINI. More

If I had the chore of writing a manual on HOW TO MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY WHEN BUYING A VEHICLE, I could not have dreamed up a better team, atmosphere, better communication or scenario than what I experienced. This is the second time I have purchased a MiniCooper from Northwest Mini. In 2010 I looked at Mini's with Rocky, never intending to be able to buy one because I was "upside down" in a newer van that I used for my staging business but no longer needed. I planned to walk away if there was any of the typical salesman runaround. Not only was I able to offload the van, but I ended up with a 2007 Cooper that I enjoyed from Day 1. For the last almost 4 years, Burt in Service took care of everything very professionally and with ease. Last month my 2007 needed some attention and the salesman that waited late for the tow truck was Brad Davis. He asked if I would be interested in a newer Mini if he could keep my payments about the same. Not actually expecting that to happen, I said YES. And Voila! I got a 3 years newer Mini, great warranty, half the miles, 4 new tires, and 0.9 % financing which made my payments LOWER than before. My second experience with Diane Steeves was also absolutely perfect. I feel I've made a new friend. She listened to my sob story about my recent breakup with compassion and humor. What a great personality. This dealership has an amazing number of caring employees that made me feel as if I were the most important person, conducting the most important business in such a professional and personal way. I don't intend to buy a different model of car ever! Northwest Mini is MY dealership. I've always loved driving and this little Cooper has what it takes to keep me enjoying the journey the rest of my days. More
